On April 8, 2022, the signing ceremony for handover of the Rehabilitation Works in Zone 8 of Capari Social Housing Project of Angola undertaken by Jinfa Construction under the group, was successfully held in the Capari project site. The Minister of Construction of Angola, the Governor of Bengo Province, the Employer, the Housing Foundation and the main leaders of Jinfa Construction Angola attended the ceremony.

The contract for the Rehabilitation Works in Zone 8 of Capari Social Housing Project of Angola was signed in mid March 2021. Influenced by COVID-19, the personnel and materials in the initial stage of the project were not enough. But the team of Jinfa Construction overcame difficulties and took many measures to start the Works in June 2021. After 9 months of construction, the project was successfully completed at the end of March this year.

The total construction area of the Works handed over this time is 38188 m2, with a total of 31 multi-storey buildings containing 496 apartments. During the construction period, 120 local jobs were provided and 70 local skilled workers trained, obtaining good social and economic benefits.
